We offer FREE standard delivery on all orders. No minimum spend.

UK Delivery Options

Standard Delivery — FREE (most regions)

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days
  • Delivery time: 5–14 working days after dispatch (varies by country)
  • Total estimated delivery: 6–17 working days
  • Carrier: standard international carrier
  • Tracking: tracking number sent by email upon dispatch

Express Delivery — Available at checkout

  • Processing time: 1 working day
  • Delivery time: 1–2 working days after dispatch
  • Total estimated delivery: 3–7 working days (most countries)
  • Carrier: priority international carrier
  • Tracking: full tracking included

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm UTC Monday–Friday are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can track your order via the Royal Mail website at the carrier's tracking page or via the carrier's tracking page.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. Bodyloria Ltd cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.

Failed Delivery

If delivery is attempted and you are not available, Your carrier will leave a delivery notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local carrier depot.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 21 working days (international) or 10 working days (UK) of your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at support@bodyloria.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
