We offer a full 60-day money-back guarantee on all ArmFirm™ purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your results, you are entitled to a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date.
How to request a refund:
- Email support@bodyloria.com
- Include your order number in the subject line
- Write the word REFUND in the body of the email
- We will process your refund within 48 hours
Refund Processing Time
- Refund request acknowledged: within 24 hours
- Refund processed: within 48 hours of your email
- Funds returned to your account: 3–5 business days depending on your bank
Damaged or Defective Items
If your ArmFirm™ sleeve arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@bodyloria.com with a photo of the damage within 14 days of receipt. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost, with a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Returns
You do not need to return the product to receive your refund under our 60-day guarantee. However, if you would like to return the product, please contact us first for a return authorisation and address.
Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under the applicable consumer protection laws in your country are not affected by our guarantee. You have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason (the "cooling off" period).
